"Just a thank you for the service and fine products you supply us with. Last night at the Zoo BQ we had people bragging that the Tri Tip from the Elks was better, more tender and flavor full than the medallions from Ruth Kris. It took us about 1 and quarter hours to hand out 80 lbs of tip sliced thin in for sandwich. The line was long and nobody complained when we ran out of salsa. The meat didn’t need it was the reply. Tell all of the people that are trimming that beef we do appreciate them a lot. Your office staff is real cool too.
